Waikare Estate is a housing development in the town of Te Kauwhata, halfway between Auckland and Hamilton. Forge was commissioned to develop the branding. Not just designing a logo, but establishing the brand essence, choosing the colour palate, developing the tone and manner of the copy and choosing the imagery. This was then used on both the website and sales brochures. Forge designed and built the website in WordPress, giving the client a beautiful website that is also easy to update and maintain.
Waikare Estate does not merely sell house and land packages. They are selling a dream, an idea of New Zealand the way it used to be. They are selling the good life.
